Flash Developer
JOB DUTIES: We’re looking for a talented Flash Developer, familiar with Actionscript 3, to join a highly creative educational software firm.
This role would involve creating interactive math and reading content designed for students in elementary and middle school.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualified candidates will have experience with Object Oriented Programming languages and complete fluency with the Flash authoring environment. Previous experience developing online games and activities targeted to this age group will be considered a plus!
Enthusiasm to work in a team, be open to constructive feedback as well as a disposition to learn and adhere to standards is essential!
SKILLS:
1. ActionScript 3.0
2. Experience working with the Flash IDE
3. Basic understanding of user experience issues
4. Good design sense and interest in children’s games, cartoon shows a plus!
5. Ability to self-manage projects and work within tight deadlines
6. Team oriented, self-motivated with a can-do attitude
